The Food And Drug Administration will be deleting the CDRH product code below due to duplication. This product code will be deleted effective 12/10/2015, and the use of this code after that date will result in a data transmission error. The correct code to use is 79K[][]GX Tape And Bandage, Adhesive which is available for use immediately.
The following product code is to be deleted effective 12/10/15:
80K[][]GX Tape and Bandage, Adhesive
