FDA Prior Notice Contingency Scenario 1 ended on September 22, 2015. Earlier today FDA and CBP experienced linkage issues with the link between ACS and OASIS reported in CSMS 15-000706 which caused a delay in processing entries, including Prior Notice submissions. There is currently a backlog of entries that FDA is processing as quickly as possible but this may take several hours. Please do not attempt to resubmit entries through ABI/ACS as this could cause further problems.
