As of 1140 ET affected users have reported that VPN connection to CBP has been restored. This issue continues to be monitored.
Some affected trade partners may need to restart the sender channel (on their end of the connection) to fully restore the connection.
A CSMS will issued once it has been confirmed the issue is resolved.
