DHS experienced an MQ issue starting yesterday, 09/21/15 at approximately 2106 ET. The issue continues to be investigated.
Users with a VPN connection experiencing issues with EDI transactions should reset MQ channels.
Trade partners still experiencing issues after resetting MQ Channels, should contact Network Team (877) 347-1638 Option 1.
