CBP is currently investing an issue causing some AE transactions to receive an ACE SYSTEM FAILURE AX response. To investigate and resolve the issue, CBP will queue any incoming AE transactions. Once the issue is resolved, all AE's will be processed.
There is no ETA at this time as to when the issue will be resolved. Another CSMS will be issued when additional information is known.
