U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) published a Federal Register Notice(FRN) today announcing a National Customs Automation Program (NCAP) test concerning the Automated Commercial Environment (ACE) export manifest capability for rail cargo. Please see the attached Notice for test description and eligibility requirement.
