The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has posted an updated version of the FDA Supplemental Guide, Release V 2.3.1. This new update replaces V2.3, dated August 18, 2015 and was published to correct formatting issues found in the document.
The new updated version of this document is available at the following URL:

Please also note that title page for the Supplemental Guide has not been updated to include the new version number of 2.3.1.
