U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) published a Federal Register Notice (FRN) today announcing a National Customs Automation Program (NCAP) test concerning the Automated Commercial Environment's (ACE) Export Manifest capability for vessel cargo. Please see the attached Notice for test description and eligibility requirement.
