Due to an issue from last weekend’s deployment (July 18-19), General Order (G.O.) messages (1R) were transmitted to the trade for some fully closed Airway bills. As a result, CBP has turned off sending GO messages for all modes of transportation. On Wednesday July 22, 2015, ACE will re-start the G.O. messaging for three modes of transportation (Ocean, Truck, Rail) but NOT for AIR. The GO messaging for AIR will remain OFF at this time. CBP is aware of this issue and is working toward a resolution. Once a resolution is made another CSMS message will be issued.
