A July 8, 2015 updated version of the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) Partner Government Agency (PGA) Message Set Implementation Guide has been posted to cbp.gov at the following URL:

With recent CATAIR changes, NHTSA made amendments to the PG01 Record - Disclaimer Codes. A “Table of Changes” on Page 82 shows changes made to the manual since October 15, 2014.
Note that supplemental information to this message is available in the form of one or more file downloads.
