The second fix will address the larger volume of duplicate notifications being sent to the same party due to “looping” in the internal processing of notifications when a Master BOL comes on file, is in progress with updating the associated House BOLs, and then the corresponding FDM is also received and concurrently starts to trigger notifications to the trade.
This is a non-invasive deployment and will be of a shorter duration than the first.
