CBP is aware a delay in the processing of ACE Cargo/Manifest/Entry Release queries (application code CQ).
Filers should not resubmit CQ queries while the issue is being resolved. Queries submitted during this time are in the queue and will be worked when the issue is resolved.
When the issue is resolved a follow-up CSMS message will be issued.
