A draft of the PE/PX ACE Automated Broker Interface (ABI) and CBP and Trade Automated Interface Requirements(CATAIR) chapter is now posted to CBP.gov, under the “Draft Chapters for Future Capabilities” tab at the following link: http://www.cbp.gov/trade/ace/catair.
Click on the “Draft Chapters for Future Capabilities” TAB to get to the CATAIR. This chapter provides for stand-alone prior notice filing for Food and Drug Administration (FDA) in ACE.
