Introduction to Build America, Buy America Webinar
Register for a BABAA intro webinar - three sessions available
Coming Soon! On February 3, 2023, all non-Federal entities receiving USDA Rural Development (RD) federal financial assistance for infrastructure projects must comply with the Build America, Buy America Act (BABAA). RD program applicants, their design professionals, contractors, and material and product suppliers are invited to attend this webinar to learn more about the BABAA requirements.
During the webinar, RD’s BABAA Implementation Team will cover the following topics:
- An overview of BABAA
- Entities and projects that are covered by BABAA
- Information on how to comply with BABAA
- Review online resources for additional BABAA information
- Where to go for BABBA questions after the webinar
- Q&A
Three live sessions will be held with each session accommodating 1,000 attendees. You only need to register for one event. To benefit all interested parties, RD will provide the slides, a transcript, and a recording of the webinar content to all registrants after the final webinar.
