Importation of Onion Leaves for Eating From Hawaii

APHIS published a proposed rule in the Federal Register on May 2, 2014, to allow the importation of onion leaves from Hawaii into the continental United States.
Phytosanitary measures will allow for the importation of onion leaves while preventing the introduction of new plant pests.
