This was an especially proud moment for APHIS Foreign Service Office Joe Vukovich, who works on the front line of the U.S. and Vietnam's 25-year partnership of restored diplomatic relations. Vukovich and his fellow APHIS Foreign Service Officers play a critical role in protecting agricultural health overseas and in the United States.
