Vice President Kamala Harris’ recent visit to Vietnam underscored our countries’ shared commitment to healthy agriculture and safe trade. This was an especially proud moment for APHIS Foreign Service Office Joe Vukovich, who works on the front line of the U.S. and Vietnam's 25-year partnership of restored diplomatic relations. Vukovich and his fellow APHIS Foreign Service Officers play a critical role in protecting agricultural health overseas and in the United States.
