Help Desk Support – Extended Hours

Hello Grant Applicants,

To better serve you as the application deadline of January 22, 2014 at 5:00 p.m. (EST) approaches, we are opening the eGrants Help Desk for special extended hours, starting today:

  • Friday, January 17: 9 a.m. - 9 p.m.
  • Saturday, January 18: 11 a.m. - 7 p.m.
  • Sunday, January 19: 11 a.m. - 7 p.m. 
  • Monday (federal holiday), January 20: 12 p.m. - 7 p.m. 
  • Tuesday, January 21: 9 a.m. - 9 p.m. 
  • Wednesday, January 22: 9 a.m. - 9 p.m.

If you are experiencing technical difficulties related to submitting your application in eGrants, please contact the National Service Hotline (or call 1-800-942-2677). It's important to document your issue as you obtain assistance; please make sure you get a ticket number.

If you have a program/content inquiry related to the submission of an application, please send your specific question to AmeriCorpsGrants@cns.gov. Program Officers attend to that mailbox and are standing by to assist. In the meantime, refer back to the Notice of Funding Opportunity for specific guidance on where to send your required Additional Documents, or if you believe that you might submit a Late Application.
