We have updated the following guidance and training materials:

• National Service Criminal History Check Manual: Please see the document's Change Log section for full details. Updates include references to Truescreen as the approved criminal history check vendor and clarification of states/territories not available in Truescreen.
• National Service Criminal History Check Required Annual e-Course: Updates include references to Truescreen as the approved criminal history check vendor. These changes do not require you to retake the course at this time. You may complete the course on your own annual schedule, before your current certificate expires. We will update the Spanish version of the course in the coming weeks.
• Vendor Transition FAQs: Minor updates to reflect newest resources and links.
• Getting Started with National Service Criminal History Check Resources: Minor updates to reflect newest resources and links.

Approved Vendor Updates

Deadline for Fieldprint FBI Checks is Saturday, Nov. 30

Saturday, Nov. 30, is the last day for applicants to schedule fingerprinting through existing
Fieldprint accounts using your organization's Fieldprint Code. This means that applicants
must schedule fingerprinting appointments by Saturday, Nov. 30. Fieldprint
will not issue mailed print cards after Friday, Nov. 15, to meet this deadline.
If you currently use Fieldprint, you must transition to Truescreen if you wish to conduct FBI
checks through AmeriCorps' approved vendor option. Please see instructions in the Using Truescreen Manual and Vendor Transition FAQs.

Checks completed directly through existing Fieldprint accounts will not be transferred to
Truescreen. You will still have access to your organization Fieldprint portal (reports.myfieldprint.com) to review results, adjudicate checks, and access legacy check
records.
