AmeriCorps Seniors Grant?

Applying for a 2021 AmeriCorps Seniors Foster Grandparents Program or Senior Companion Program grant can provide you with funding, volunteers and other resources to address challenges in your community.

If your application is approved and you become an AmeriCorps Seniors grantee, you receive:

1) Federal Funding*

Our funding will help you build capacity for your organization and achieve your mission. It also provides supplemental insurance for AmeriCorps Seniors volunteers while they serve, giving them peace of mind.

2) AmeriCorps Seniors Volunteers

AmeriCorps Seniors provides tools to recruit vibrant volunteers age 55 and over who have an average volunteer commitment of 7 years! It also amplifies your social impact by increasing their health and longevity.

3) Resources

When you become part of the family, you are welcomed into a network of national program peers that provide support and best practices. You also have access to marketing and branding resources to elevate your organization to a national level.
