Dear CNCS Grantees & Project Sponsors,
Throughout the process of developing the new Grant and
Member Management (GMM) system on the Salesforce platform, our goal has been to
deliver a high-quality intuitive product that helps streamline work with
minimal disruption of business processes. Current system testing has revealed that
the new GMM does not yet meet our quality standards. Therefore, the system will not be going live this Fall,
as we originally planned.
As we work to make GMM the system we all want, here are a
few things you should know:
- First and foremost, eGrants will continue to
support your business until GMM goes live.
- A new go live timeframe will be determined based
on business cycles and will be communicated at a later date.
