ACE AESDirect is Currently Experiencing Issues

Please note, an issue with ACE AESDirect has been reported, and the application is not properly functioning for users reporting Mexico as the Country of Destination. All shipments for other countries can be reported at this time.

The U.S. Census Bureau and U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) are working together to determine the cause and resolution for the problem. Additional guidance will be provided if the issue persists.
