Slow Responsiveness in Refactored AESDirect (ACE)

This message is intended for all Refactored AESDirect (ACE) filers.

 

The Refactored AESDirect (ACE) is currently displaying slow responsiveness due to an increased number of users. We are advising users to allow the numbers of shipments to decrease before attempting to access and file through the Refactored AESDirect. This is NOT an AES Downtime Policy. If a Downtime is issued, users will be informed through another Nationwide Broadcast.  

 

Both Customs and Border Protection and the Census Bureau are working to resolve this issue and we appreciate your patience while the issue is resolved. 

 

Backlog – Due to the high volume of shipments that are being processed at this time, please be patient in obtaining an AES response message. Do not submit shipments more than once.
