This webinar will cover developing and maintaining an export management and compliance program which is highly recommended to ensure that export transactions comply with the Export Administration Regulations, and to prevent export control violations. This webinar provides an overview of the elements that the Bureau of industry and Security (BIS) recommends for an effective export compliance program and the issues a company should consider in implementing and maintaining it. Tom Andrukonis, Director of BIS's Export Management and Compliance Division will be presenting.  He has 36 years of export control experience within BIS's enforcement and administration offices.
