ICIS v6.3 Enhancements

Dear ICIS users,

The major changes to ICIS for this release are as follows:

1)      Modification to the ICIS Security Model to restore the capability for EPA Regions to view each other’s enforcement sensitive information.

2)      Modification to the ICIS Security Model to make state judicial enforcement actions enforcement sensitive until the Complaint Filed milestone or the Final Order Entered milestone is entered. If either one of these milestones is entered, the action should become non-sensitive.

3)      Modification to ICIS-NPDES functionality to generate the DMR form when a Limit Set Status is inactive for a Monitoring Period End Date but active for the Monitoring Period Start Date or at any time during the monitoring period. (Current functionality is if the Limit Set is inactive for a Monitoring Period End Date, that DMR form will not be generated. For example, if a Limit Set is inactivated on May 15, the last DMR generated is April 30. Therefore, the data collected between May 1 and May 15 cannot be reported.)

In addition, effluent and non-receipt violations for DMR forms will be generated when the Limit Set is inactive at anytime within the monitoring period.

 4)      Currently, Compliance Tracking is turned off in ICIS-NPDES as of the permit termination date. Therefore, violations are not generated for DMR forms with a Monitoring Period End Date greater than, or equal to, the permit termination date. This is being corrected with this release.
