ICIS-NPDES Batch CDX Manual Web Upload Form Process to Change Starting on June 28th.

The CDX Web Upload Form currently being used by some states for manually uploading batch data to ICIS-NPDES will be replaced with a new process using a web form on the Exchange Network's Services Center (EN Services Center) instead of MyCDX. This change is being made to provide our batch users with a newer, more stable technology for submitting their data to ICIS.
Starting on June 28th, all batch users who need to upload their XML files to ICIS manually will log into the EN Services Center web form with their own NAAS ID to submit their data and view their results and the old CDX Web Upload Form will be no longer be available. Attached to this email is a PDF describing how to submit data to ICIS-NPDES manually using the EN Services Center form.
