Join U.S. EPA for its next Enforcement and Compliance History Online (ECHO) webinar on Wednesday, March 8, 2023, 1:00-2:00 PM Eastern Time. This webinar focuses on the new quarterly National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Noncompliance Report (NNCR) available on ECHO, which provides a comprehensive list of Clean Water Act violations and their resolutions to the public. The training covers what the quarterly NNCR is and why it was developed, background on the NNCR workgroup, violation types and violation details included in the report, and a demonstration to access the report on EPA’s Enforcement and Compliance History Online (echo.epa.gov).
