NetDMR Online Training Modules Now Available

NetDMR Training Available Anytime of the Day or Night - ICIS Customer Support is pleased to announce that the first on-line training modules in support of NetDMR and electronic reporting are now posted on the NetDMR website located at www.epa.gov/netdmr.

 

Four modules are now available to provide round-the-clock training. They include:

>A module for regulatory authorities which covers instructions for creating an account and requesting Internal Administrator access rights.

>A second regulatory authority module which provides technical assistance to States and Regions on how to handle NetDMR users that forget their password and/or security questions.

 

>The last two modules, for Permittees and Data Providers, cover account creation and requests for access roles, and also provide instructions on how to approve access for others.

 

To launch any of the on-line training modules visit http://www.epa.gov/netdmr/about/training.html at any time, and click on Training Materials under Quick Links.

 

We will continue to add on-line training modules throughout the year.   You are welcome to invite others in your office, permittees or data providers to view our on-line training modules.
