Crystal Reports DMR Preprint Report Now Available in ICIS Business Objects

Hello ICIS Users,

There is a new Standard Report available to users titled "Crystal Reports DMR Preprint Report ". The report is located in the NPDES > DMR Reports (Crystal Reports) folder.

This report has the potential to return all of the DMR Pre-Prints for an entire State. There are five mandatory required filters, they are:

  • Start and End Date Ranges,
  • State Code,
  • Permittee Address and there are two valid values;
  • one is Permittee and
  • the other is DMR Mailing Label Address and this filter defaults to Permittee
  • Print DMR Information;
  • the valid values are ‘No’ for No entered DMR data and
  • the other value is ‘Yes’ for entered DMR data and it defaults to ‘No’

The other prompts are the same as was available in the previous version of the report except these prompts are now optional and you will no longer need to enter the asterisks(*).

The report was designed to runs as a PDF but corrects the problem with saving in Excel. We have also attached documentation for the report that highlights settings and tips.
