Join city leaders from college towns across the nation as they share the current economic effects precipitated by the COVID-19 crisis. From emptied neighborhoods near campus, to struggling businesses and transportation, to how to support safe returns to campus in the fall, the challenges are widespread. The longer-term threats are also becoming clearer, including if the Census undercounts dispersed college towns, they may have a lost decade of federal support.
