Domestic Abuse Webinar
Date/Time - Thursday 9th March / 12.30 to 13.30
This event will address the key messages arising from the Panel’s briefing paper on domestic abuse, published in September 2022. The session will focus on the most common themes that emerged in multi-agency safeguarding practice with children who are victims of domestic abuse. It will consider four core practice principles in work with children and young people, as well as their families and communities. Team managers and senior leadership within key organisations are encouraged to attend to discuss the recommendations arising from the analysis.

Bruising in Non-Mobile Infants Webinar
Date/Time - Thursday 30th March, 12.30 to 13.30
This event will consider the key messages arising from the Panel’s briefing paper on bruising in non-mobile infants, published in September 2022, with a focus on the published evidence and current guidance. Senior leadership across health, policing and children’s social care are encouraged to attend, particularly those involved in child protection medicals, to discuss the Panel’s recommendations about reviewing current local policies to reflect the latest evidence.
