Learning by Rote: Going to school in Victorian West Sussex

A fascinating talk on what it was like to go to school in West Sussex in Victorian times will be given by retired teacher, lecturer and writer Ruth Brown.

It will take place at West Sussex Record Office, Chichester on Tuesday 30 January, 7.00pm.
