Last week we shared with you a handy guide with ‘Hints, tips and ideas to successful remote working’, to support you with some of the most common remote working challenges that organisations are facing now that a large part of our day involves connecting through a screen.
We know this has not been easy and we’ve had to adapt quickly and remain agile while Covid-19 continues to impact our ways of working. So, if you haven’t already, check out the guide which covers:
- Hosting virtual meetings
- Attending virtual meetings
- Email etiquette
We hope these hints and tips will help make working remotely a little easier for us all.

The rollout of the Covid-19 vaccine is being delivered by the NHS Primary Care Networks (PCNs). We are not responsible for running the vaccination programme, though we are offering support in any practical way we can.
Vaccine data is now publicly available on a national level on the NHS website. We are unable to provide an update on local numbers as this data is owned by the NHS. You can find more information about Covid-19 vaccinations on the Berkshire Public Health website.
Don't forget that we also recently launched a dedicated vaccination page on our website. This provides an update on vaccinations in Wokingham Borough, details of who can get the vaccine, how you can help, Covid-19 scams, useful guides, and videos.

As a reminder, we’re offering rapid testing to those who are leaving their home to go to work because they cannot work from home. This is important as one in three people with coronavirus don’t have any symptoms and could be spreading the virus without realising.
Getting a regular rapid test is the easiest way to keep yourself, your loved ones, and your workmates safe. We currently have a test centre at our Shute End office and at the Microsoft Campus in Thames Valley Park. Matt Pope explains more about the programme in his handy video.
It only takes a few minutes and it’s free. See how easy it easy to get tested by watching these walk-through videos at our Shute End and Microsoft Campus test centres.
Remember – this is for people who have no Covid-19 symptoms. To find out more, and book your rapid test, please head to our website.
