Staff Health and Wellbeing Survey |
|
Our second staff survey – with a focus on health and wellbeing – is now LIVE!
Today, we are launching the W&F Staff Health and Wellbeing Survey which is aimed at improving the health, safety and wellbeing of the council's workforce.
The survey is open to those directly employed by Westmorland and Furness Council, hosted and shared service colleagues who are supporting the council and staff employed in schools.
Consisting of a series of short questions, the survey should take you approximately 5-10 minutes to complete and is completely anonymous – you are encouraged to be as open and honest as you can be!
By completing it, you will help us to identify the workplace health, safety and wellbeing issues that are important to you, so that we can better understand our workforce and tailor any lifestyle advice or health campaigns to help our staff stay fit and healthy.
Colleagues can complete the survey online by clicking the button below:
Paper copies of the survey are being distributed to work bases where staff have limited ICT access.
To request the survey in alternative formats, please email media@westmorlandandfurness.gov.uk.
The questions in this survey were shared with Trade Unions, Change Champions and Wellbeing Champions for their feedback.
