"You can access FSB through whatever means available. I have been reading articles through the magazine they send me. There is useful information on the website such as public liability insurance and I have used their legal helpline number to speak to their solicitor."

Marcia Melbourne, Melbourne Accessories Ltd

“I have already been able to access a number of the FSB networking events engaging with businesses across the country. The library of helpful documents, particularly the Business Basic Guides, is something I am still finding my way round, but it is clear there is online and over the phone support for the fundamental business needs”

Nikki Cooper, Patrica Stanley Ltd

"For a freshly established sole practitioner, it is more important than ever in these times to have the opportunity of wider engagement with the business community and to have the substantial resource support offered by membership."

Michael Scott, Scott Franklin Associates Ltd

Digital Review

"The digital review was especially welcome. I am more aware of the presentational gaps in our online business signature and I am likely now to seek specialist advice and support to close these gaps."

Michael Scott,  Scott Franklin Associates Ltd

"We have found the Programme to be of real value particularly the Webinars which have already given us several opportunities to engage directly with other businesses in the cohort, and some invaluable insights into helping our business to respond to the challenges presented by covid. I have also just started my Digital Review and was impressed by the focus, knowledge and approach of the consultants MNA Digital.”

Carolyn Smith,  TPSquared

Financial Review

"My financial review was with Abraham from SCA. I was reluctant to send across my numbers and spreadsheet - but was pleasantly surprised with his analysis. We chatted for around an hour and he really engaged with my business and background to offer effective feedback.

I have an accountant already, but Abraham asked some other questions that have helped me be more mindful of potential risk and more aware of checking the balance sheet especially with regards to marketing costs going forwards. Abraham was a positive sounding board for advice and a useful contact for my phone book. The report generated will be useful for me to refer back to."

Nikki Cooper, Patrica Stanley Ltd

"The financial review forces you to gather more information and is really constructive as my consultant Vincent, told me to set a budget. It is someone being objective, looking over seeing things from a different perspective. Working in the business I don't get a chance to stand back to analyse the business as much as you would like to."

           Marcia Melbourne, Melbourne Accessories Ltd

"The most productive hour I have had in months! That accountability is great."

Liz Badger, Face The World Ltd
