The Mander Centre is now five months into its £35 million refurbishment and we caught up with its Commercial Retail Manager for a progress update.

Strong interest in former Heath Town Baths

City of Wolverhampton Council has received strong interest from investors and developers in the former Heath Town Baths and Library site. 

It went to market in March as part of wider regeneration plans for the Heath Town area. 

The council is now considering its options before deciding on the best use for the Grade II listed building and the adjoining land. Read more...

Former Tap Works site

Four on development shortlist for former Tap Works site

City of Wolverhampton Council’s housing strategy has received a major boost with high levels of interest from developers in the former Armitage Shanks Tap Works Factory site. 

The ambitious scheme to erect more than 100 homes on three derelict sites in Low Hill was first marketed in March. 

Seven expressions of interest were submitted, which have produced a shortlist of four developers invited to tender. Read more...
