Pupil Progress Review Meetings

Dear Parents and Carers,

As we are still required to minimise contact as much as possible, we will be carrying out Pupil Progress Review Meetings via a virtual platform this term.

To make an appointment with your child’s Class Teacher, please use our usual online booking system by following the links below:

Tryfan - Miss Morris (Year 6) Monday 19th and Wednesday 21st October

Dinas Bran - Mr Jones (Year 5) Monday 19th and Tuesday 20th October

Berwyn - Mr Maddocks (Year 3 & 4) Tuesday 20th October

Cadair Idris - Mrs Griffiths (Reception, Year 1 & 2) Monday 19th, Wednesday 21st and Thursday 22nd October

Glyder Fach - Mrs Johnson (Nursery) Monday 19th and Thursday 22nd October

Instructions

  1. Click on the link of the teacher(s) you wish to see (this will take you to an external site).
  2. Choose the appointment you want by clicking the box next to ‘Sign Up’. Then select ‘Submit and sign up’ at the bottom of the web page.
  3. In the ‘First Name’ box type in your child’s first name and their surname in the surname box.  Then put your e-mail address when asked. (Leave the ‘Do Not Enter Child Name’ box at the top of the page blank).
  4. Then click ‘Sign Up now’
  5. Make a note of the appointment day and time, as this will not be available to see once sign up closes.  You will receive an e-mail reminder about your appointment time and date.

As always, time slots are provided to give all parents enough time to discuss their child.  If you anticipate you require further time than the maximum 10 minutes provided, please arrange a mutually agreed time on another date, as appointment slots which overrun can impact the time reserved for other parents.

A link for the virtual platform (Zoom) will be issued to your email address before your meeting.

Class Teachers will be following the Welsh Government's safeguarding principles and practices during the virtual meetings to ensure the same professional manner as you would expect if the meetings were taking place face to face at school.  Please therefore ensure that the environment from which you join is conducive for an effective meeting to take place.

Thank you for your continued support,

Sara Tate
