Years 4, 5 & 6 visit to Dangerpoint on Friday, 9th November 2018
Dear
Parents,
Years 4, 5
& 6 will be visiting Dangerpoint at Talacre to learn about dangers in the
home and the community.
The visit will take place on Friday,
9th November 2018. We have been lucky to obtain funding from the Welsh
Assembly Government to cover the cost of transport to and from Talacre however
we
require a voluntary contribution of £3.50 per child towards the cost of the
activity. If there are insufficient
contributions to make this activity viable the school reserves the right to
cancel the visit. Please pay online (our
preferred method of payment) or bring the money (cheques should be made payable
to Ysgol Sant Dunawd) with the form below to school by Wednesday, 7th November.
The children
will need to wear school uniform and a packed lunch will be required.
Please
indicate your consent on the pro forma below and return it to school by Wednesday,7th
November 2018.
