Dosbarth Dinas Bran trip to Pontcysyllte Aqueduct
Dear
Parents,
As
part of our current class topic ‘The Local Area’ we have been studying a number
of aspects in relation to the history and geography curriculum. To enhance our learning experience we have
arranged a school visit to the Pontcysyllte Aqueduct on Wednesday, 27th June.
We
require a voluntary contribution of £5.50 per child towards the cost of
transport and the workshop. If there are
insufficient contributions to make this activity viable the school reserves the
right to cancel the visit.
Pupils
will be required to wear their school uniform as normal, a waterproof jacket
(weather dependent) and will need a packed lunch. The coach will be leaving school promptly at
9.20 am with a return time back to school of 2.00 pm.
Please
pay online (our preferred method of payment) or bring the money (cheques should
be made payable to Ysgol Sant Dunawd) with the form below to school by Tuesday,
26th June 2018.
