Work to start again on Juniper House development

Juniper House from south

We stopped work on this site until government guidance was published and we could put plans in place to operate safely.

Hill is due to start work again on Monday 11 May 2020 with the contractors working within the rules set down by the Government and  the Construction Leadership Council.

Protecting the workforce and neighbouring residents and minimising the risk of spread of infection is our number one priority.

As we start the site up again, we will be adhering to the social distancing recommendations published recently by the Construction Leadership Council. We will not undertake any activities that cannot safely take place.

The work will include piling and we apologise for any noise or inconvenience this may cause.

If you have concerns about anything happening on the site please contact the contractor on the advertised number or email address and if the problem persists please contact the Council.

Starting work on sites is part of the Council's support for the local economy, including providing local jobs for local people.
