We expect the Planning Committee to discuss the Central Parade planning application when it meets on Tuesday 4 February 2020. This meeting is open to the public.
We are due to put hoardings up to make the site secure during February 2020 and demolition work is planned to start during March 2020.
The scheme should be completed by Summer 2021.
Keep in touch with what's happening
During work on the site we will aim to keep disruption to a minimum and will be keeping residents informed about what is happening through email newsletters – please encourage friends and neighbours to sign up so they get the information too.

After the recent drop-in engagement event we have made some changes to the proposed development based on comments from residents and businesses and want to share them with you.
A drop-in event to seek the views of residents and businesses on the amended proposals for developments at Central Parade will be held on Thursday 31 October 2019 from 6.30pm to 8.30pm at 202 Hoe Street, Walthamstow, E17 4BS
Members of the project team will be available to explain the amended proposals and answer questions.
