The planning application for The Score site is due to be submitted on Monday 16 September 2019 and once it has been validated by the Council’s planning officers there will then be a statutory period when residents can comment on the plans.
Before the application is submitted, we are holding a further drop in event for local residents on Monday 09 September 2019, 5 – 7pm at Community Room, The Score Centre, 100 Oliver Road, Leyton, E10 5JY.
Do come along and see the final designs for this exciting scheme to provide new homes for local people.

As part of the work preparing the site for future development Taylor Wimpey will be digging some trenches on different parts of The Score site to see if anything of archaeological interest is found.
This work is due to start on Monday 23 September 2019 and will last around two weeks.
Disruption to existing users of the site and neighbours will be kept to the minimum.

Across Waltham Forest the Council is working to deliver more affordable homes for local people, including Council homes for rent and for shared ownership where local residents get the first option to buy so they can get a foot on the housing ladder.
An important part of these developments is delivering improved transport services, new health hubs, schools and community facilities alongside new shops and work spaces to provide local jobs.
The Score Centre site in Leyton is currently the largest project in the Council’s programme bringing new facilities and homes to this part of our borough.
You received this newsletter because you signed up for news about redevelopment of The Score Centre and Feel Good Too.
There are now email newsletters set up for most of the Council's services plus regeneration sites across Waltham Forest so if you are interested in other services please sign up for those newsletters too.
Please encourage friends and family to sign up so they too can stay connected with what's happening in our borough.
