The first thing to happen on site will be hoardings going up to make the area secure.

Crate St James Street will be creating the 28 work space units off site and these will then be lifted in to place.

We apologise in advance for the disruption that will occur while this development takes place and assure residents and local businesses that any nuisance will be kept to the minimum.

It is hoped the first tenants will move into the work spaces from April 2019.
