Market news to keep you informed

Waltham Forest has a large number of markets taking place across the borough and most weekends there is a market near you with plenty of great items for sale and street food to tempt your taste buds.

We have everything from the longest street market in Europe, open Tuesday to Saturday every week, to one-off markets with French or Italian themes or specialising in different types of food such as cheese or brunch dishes.

Details of when markets are open in your area can be found on the special markets page of our web site.

If you organise or attend a market in the borough that isn’t featured on our web page please send details to Stakeholder Relations and Community Engagement Manager, Keith Brown.

The market features a selection of traders, vegan information and charity stalls, music and entertainment for children at the St James Street end of Walthamstow High Street at the heart of Waltham Forest.

This market is a not-for-profit project which has grown from the vibrant and active Waltham Forest Vegans community.
