Annwyl gydweithiwr
Mae Llywodraeth Cymru yn ceisio eich barn ar reoliadau drafft sy'n darparu ar gyfer system o raddau arolygu a gyhoeddir ar gyfer gwasanaethau cartrefi gofal a gwasanaethau cymorth cartref o fis Ebrill 2025 ymlaen.
Mae Rheoliadau Gwasanaethau Rheoleiddiedig (Graddau Arolygu) (Cymru) 2025 yn cynnwys gofynion i ddarparwyr gwasanaethau gyhoeddi eu graddau arolygu ar eu gwefannau a'u harddangos yn lle mae gwasanaethau'n cael eu darparu (gyda rhai eithriadau). Mae'r rheoliadau hefyd yn cynnwys manylion y weithdrefn apelio, troseddau, a hysbysiadau cosb.
Bydd yr ymgynghoriad yn agor ddydd Llun 29 Gorffennaf, ac yn cau am hanner nos ddydd Llun 14 Hydref 2024.

Welsh Government consultation: Inspection ratings regulations |

Dear colleague,
The Welsh Government is seeking your views on draft regulations which provide for a system of published inspection ratings for care home services and domiciliary support services from April 2025.
The Regulated Services (Inspection Ratings) (Wales) Regulations 2025 include requirements for service providers to publish their inspection ratings on their website and in service premises (with some exceptions). The regulations also contain details of the appeals procedure, offences, and penalty notices.
The consultation opens on Monday 29 July and will close at midnight on Monday 14 October 2024.
