Datganiad Blynyddol 2023 

Annwyl ddarparwr,

Gwnaethom gysylltu â chi ym mis Rhagfyr i'ch hysbysu y bydd y datganiad blynyddol ar gael i chi ei gwblhau o 1 Ebrill 2023.

Bydd y datganiad blynyddol ar gael i chi ei gwblhau gan ddefnyddio eich cyfrif AGC Ar-lein. Bydd cefnogaeth ac arweiniad ar gael ar ein gwefan, a chefnogaeth dros y ffôn o ddydd Llun 3 Ebrill yn ystod oriau gwaith arferol (9yb tan 5yp).

Y dyddiad cau ar gyfer cyflwyno'r datganiad yw dydd Gwener 26 Mai 2023.   Rydym wedi llunio canllawiau i'ch cynghori ynghylch sut i gwblhau'r Datganiad Blynyddol ar gyfer 2022-23, sy'n cynnwys rhestr o'r cwestiynau a fydd wedi'u cynnwys.   Pwy all gyflwyno'r datganiad blynyddol? Dylai’r Unigolyn/Unigolion Cyfrifol neu swyddog/swyddogion y sefydliad sy'n gysylltiedig â'r darparwr sydd wedi agor ei gyfrif AGC Ar-lein cwblhau a chyflwyno y datganiad blynyddol Dim ond rhai adrannau o'r datganiad flynyddol y gall cynorthwywyr ar-lein eu llenwi. Beth sy'n digwydd i'r datganiad blynyddol ar ôl ei gyflwyno?

Caiff pob datganiad blynyddol ei gyhoeddi ar ein gwefan maes o law.

Rydym yn datblygu fideo byr wedi'i animeiddio a fydd yn dangos i chi sut i gyflwyno eich datganiad blynyddol, a bydd canllawiau ar gael i'ch helpu.

Byddwn hefyd yn cynnal tair sesiwn ar-lein fer ddiwedd mis Mawrth i'ch tywys drwy'r broses ac i ateb unrhyw gwestiynau a all fod gennych.

Annual Return 2023

Dear provider,

We contacted you in December to advise you that the annual return will available for you to complete from 1 April 2023. This is because it is the start of the financial year.

The annual return will be available for you to complete using your CIW Online account. There will be support and guidance available on our website, and support over the telephone from Monday 3^rd April during normal working hours (9am to 5pm).

The deadline for submission is Friday, 26 May 2023.   We have produced guidance to advise you on how to complete the Annual Return for 2022-23, which includes a list of the questions that will be featured.   Who can submit the annual return? The Responsible Individual(s) or organisational officer(s) associated to the provider who have activated their CIW Online account should access, complete and submit the annual return. Online assistants can only complete certain sections of the annual return. If you have not activated your online account, please call us on 0300 7900 126.

What happens to the annual return once it’s submitted?

Each annual return will be published on our website in due course.

Help and guidance

We are developing a short animated video which will show you how to submit your annual return, and there is guidance to support you.

We will also be hosting three short online sessions at the end of March to walk you through the process and answer any questions you may have.
