Annwyl ddarparwr cofrestredig,
Yn ein cylchlythyr 001/2021, a gyhoeddwyd ar 14 Ionawr 2021, ymestynnodd Llywodraeth Cymru y cyfnod ar gyfer llacio rhai o ofynion y Safonau Gofynnol Cenedlaethol ar gyfer Gofal Plant a Reoleiddir tan 30 Mehefin 2021. Diben yr e-bost hwn yw eich atgoffa y bydd disgwyl i ddarparwyr gofal plant, o 1 Gorffennaf 2021, roi sylw dyledus i’r Safonau Gofynnol Cenedlaethol ar gyfer Gofal Plant a Reoleiddir i blant hyd at 12 oed yn y ffordd arferol.
Rydym yn ffodus bellach i fod mewn sefyllfa lle mae cyfraddau Covid-19 yn parhau'n isel a lle mae cynnydd da yn cael ei wneud o ran y rhaglen frechu yma yng Nghymru.

Mae Llywodraeth Cymru yn parhau i gynnig cyngor ac arweiniad. Rydym wedi cyhoeddi Cwestiynau Cyffredin penodol sy'n darparu cyngor ar atal a rheoli heintiau ar gyfer lleoliadau gofal plant. Mae'r rhain yn adeiladu ar y cyngor a nodir yn y Canllawiau Mesurau Diogelu ar gyfer Lleoliadau Gofal Plant.

Salesforce ar-lein
Mae cynlluniau yn eu lle er mwyn i Salesforce fynd ar-lein o’r w/c 1af Mehefin (mae 31ain Mai yn ŵyl y banc). Bydd y system yn galluogi lleoliadau i reoli eu cyflenwadau eu hunain fel bod modd iddynt archebu’r nifer cywir o brofion pan fod angen. Rydym yn disgwyl i hwn leihau problemau gorgyflenwad, storio ac archebu a gwneud y system yn fwy hyblyg ar gyfer y dyfodol.
Oherwydd natur y system yn gorfod creu Unique Organisation Number (UON) wrth i’r system fynd ar-lein, bydd lleoliadau yn derbyn ebost gyda’r wybodaeth hyn o’r w/c 1af Mehefin gan Salesforce. Os nad ydych yn derbyn ebost, bydd y rhain hefyd ar gael ar y banc asedau (dolen isod). Nodwch os gwelwch yn dda nad oes unrhyw ofyniad i leoliadau weithredu ar yr ebost yma nes bod angen ail-gyflenwad.
Bydd archebion sy’n cael eu gosod drwy Salesforce erbyn 5yh ar ddyddiau Mawrth yn cael eu cyflenwi yr wythnos ganlynol. Bydd canllawiau pellach yn cael eu llwytho i’r banc asedau yn fuan (dolen isod) er mwyn i leoliadau allu ymgyfarwyddo gyda’r broses a pharatoi i wneud archebion pan fod angen. Oherwydd cyfyngiadau logisteg, does dim modd i’r partner cyflenwi ddanfon mwy na 10 bocs i leoliad ar y tro. Bydd unrhyw leoliad sydd angen mwy na 10 bocs ar y tro yn derbyn cyflenwadau dros gyfres o ddiwrnodau.
Ni fydd unrhyw archebion pellach yn cael eu gosod gan Lywodraeth Cymru ar eich rhan. Os oes angen citiau profi pellach arnoch, a wnewch chi archebu’r rhain drwy Salesforce os gwelwch yn dda.

End of temporary relaxations to the National Minimum Standards for Regulated Childcare for children up to the age of 12 years: 1 January – 30 June 2021

Dear registered provider,
In our Welsh Circular letter 001/2021, issued on 14 January 2021, the Welsh Government extended the temporary relaxation of some of the requirements in its National Minimum Standards for Regulated Childcare until 30 June 2021.
This email is to remind you that from 1 July 2021, childcare providers will be expected to have due regard to the National Minimum Standards for Regulated Childcare for children up to the age of 12 years, in the usual way.
We are fortunate to be in a position now where COVID-19 rates remain low and where good progress is being made in respect of the vaccination programme here in Wales.
We hope you found some of these temporary relaxations useful and we thank you for all your support and help during this difficult time.

New FAQs
The Welsh Government continues to offer advice and guidance. We have published specific Frequently Asked Questions providing infection prevention and control advice for childcare settings. These build on the advice set out in the Protective Measures Guidance for Childcare Settings.

Testing Update - For the attention of those settings who ordered tests via Welsh Government
Salesforce switch on
Plans are in place for Salesforce to go live from w/c 1st June (31st May is a bank holiday). The system will allow settings to manage their own deliveries so that they may order the correct amount of tests in a timely way. This should reduce over supply, storage and ordering issues and make the system more dynamic for future.
Due to the nature of the system needing to produce a Unique Organisation Number (UON) as the system goes live, settings will receive an email with this information w/c 1st June from Salesforce. Should you not receive an email, they will also be available to access on the asset bank shortly (link below). Please note there is absolutely no requirement for the settings to act on this email until re-supplies are needed.
Any orders placed through Salesforce by 5pm Tuesdays will be delivered the following week. Further detailed guidance will be uploaded to the asset bank shortly (link below) for settings to familiarise themselves with the process in preparation for placing orders when required. Due to logistical constraints, the delivery partner is only able to deliver a maximum of 10 boxes to a setting per day. Any settings that request more than 10 boxes at a time will receive deliveries over a series of days.
There will be no further orders made by Welsh Government on your behalf. Should you require further testing kits please do so via Salesforce.
