Council’s Pupil Award was announced by Kirsty Williams AM, Cabinet Secretary
for Education at the National Digital Learning Event on 20 June. Congratulations to Usk Church in Wales Primary School
who were announced as the winners with their project ‘Keeping It Fresh - an app
to reduce food waste’.

£200,000 Supporting Service Children
in Wales Fund
Schools are
invited to bid for funding from a £200,000 fund to help mitigate the potential
impact of exceptional mobility or deployment of Armed Forces families on
schools and their learners. The Fund is administered by the Supporting Service
Children in Education (SSCE) Cymru Project.
