AoLE ‘what matters’ - introduction

Pioneer schools have been working to develop the six Areas of Learning and Experience (AoLEs) and to determine ‘what matters’ – the key knowledge, skills and concepts which are important to learners, aligned to the four purposes for education set out in ‘Successful Futures’.  These are now being refined, and work on a progression framework has begun.
