Snowdonoia Gift 

The Gift project Snowdonia in trying to prove if there is a desire among visitors and businesses to test different methods of raising funds towards local projects.

 

Live and Perform-7aith 

Opportunities for undergraduates to participate in performing project to introduce language, culture and heritage to visitors in Gwynedd.

 

Live and Digital

The project aims to highlight the high quality career opportunities in the ICT sector in Gwynedd, as well as the excellent lifestyle opportunities in the County. An opportunity for scientific undergraduates to participate in an ambitious digital project to show what Gwynedd has to offer.

 

Mass – Energy Finance Ogwen and Padarn Energy Peris

This project seeks to educate communities across Gwynedd of what to consider when using crowd-funding as a way of raising money.

We have worked on crowd-funding campaign to raise money for two hydro power scheme. Ogwen and energy energy Padarn Peris has decided to raise money for their projects through community shares. In addition to supporting a marketing campaign.

Working closely with farmers in the Shropshire region, researchers at Harper Adams University are looking at novel ways to limit potato cyst nematodes (PCN) – highly damaging parasites of potato.  Dr Matthew Back is leading this research into the use of biofumigation.
