Property Data Administrator
Salary: £26,967 - £28,322 per annum (pro rata).
Contract: 4 month fixed term contract.

The Role:
The successful candidate would be responsible for the uploading and completion of all documentation and information relating to the Council's Commercial property portfolio to the Trace Solutions System, to include elements such as all lease details and tenant contact details in a standardised format.
What we are looking for:
Good Microsoft Excel and Word skills, as well as strong literacy and numeracy skills. A knowledge of commercial leases of varying commencement dates across the last fifty years, as well as a knowledge of Deed Packets. Good organisational skills. Attention to detail. Good communication skills. A knowledge of Trace Solutions would be beneficial but is not required. Be able to meet weekly deadlines. Driving licence and own mode of transport is preferred but is not essential.
Salary: Starting salary £12 per hour (dependent on role & project)
The Role:
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals with experience of or have an interest in working with children, young people, and adults. You will need to be flexible in your attitude and approach as you may be required to work with varying age groups and on varying leisure activities in a relaxed and informal setting.
You may be asked to work at many different Leisure service sites: - Holiday Playschemes (Easter & Summer) at Yorke Mead School, Croxley Green - Play Rangers – open spaces & woodland areas in the Three Rivers District and at local schools - Photography walks - Leisure events such as the annual skate jam - Working across the Sport, Art and Inclusive Leisure activities
You will receive full training and induction detailing specific procedures.
Hours of work:
Hours could vary between 8am – 6pm, Monday – Friday, term-time and school holidays with regular / occasional evening and weekend work. This is dependent on the site / activity you will be working at..
The role will support a range of partnership work including community development and health inequalities. The post holder will be responsible for coordinating partnerships meetings that sit under the Local Strategic Partnership, as well as developing on the success of the Healthy Hubs. There is opportunity within this role to progress strategic changes within partnerships to improve the lives of people living in the district.

This role sits within the busy Housing Services team and involves providing customers with housing advice as well as processing homeless applications. The post holder will be responsible for managing customer interaction with the Service, including any initial housing advice and assessments for customers, and will be responsible for the allocation of temporary accommodation.
What we are looking for:
We are looking for a fast paced and enthusiastic individual to join the Housing Services Department at Three Rivers District Council. The ideal candidate does not necessarily need a background in housing but must be able to communicate effectively and have the ability to deal sensitively with members of the public. They must be able to work as past of a team and on their own initiative, responding to changes in demand and prioritise workloads effectively. Full training around housing legislation will be given. A driver’s licence and insurance for business use is required.
